After several years in the Controlling department of a public institution Patrick started at Encory as controller in 2018. Since January 2022 he is Director Business Administration.

Oliver is Director Aftersales Sustainability Consulting at Encory and has more than 7 years international experiences in the field of aftersales. Before he joined Encory in 2017 he was working at a consulting company in Munich.

Application process
STEP 1
Complete application
Please send us your application including your CV, a short motivational letter, your certificates and references, information about your salary expectations and preferred starting date.
STEP 2
Telephone interview
Together with a person from our HR team or a specialist from the department, we will have a short telephone interview to get a first impression of each other. It is a chance for both sides to get to know each other better and clarify general questions and expectations.
STEP 3
Interview with specialist / lead of department and HR
The next step is a personal meeting with the department leader or specialist and a member of HR. Within this interview, details of the job and questions about the everyday work at Encory will be discussed. Also you get a first impression of the headquarter, where you can have a first look at your future working space and colleagues.
STEP 4
Interview with our Managing Directors and HR (except for working students/interns)
As our Managing Directors want to get to know every new face at Encory, the final step will be an interview in person with both and our HR Manager.
Please note:
Due to the Corona situation we try to conduct most of the interviews remotely. As face-to-face meetings always makes it easier to get to know each other, will take place under high precautions and hygiene measures.
